Guarantee

Classic Garden Elements products are warranted to the original purchaser to be fully rustproof for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to weather-related rust only. In the event of such rust occurring during the ten-year period, our liability is limited to either exchanging the rusted item (free of charge) or to refunding the invoice amount on the return of the rusted item to us.

Shipping

The shipping of most of our items is carried out by our own delivery service. In this case, we will contact you in good time to arrange any delivery details. Some of our smaller products are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS). We will try to ensure that your order arrives at your preferred time of delivery. Should you not be at home to accept a delivery, UPS will return three times. They will also leave a contact phone number so that you can arrange a delivery time that suits you.

Damage

On taking delivery of any order, it is your responsibility to inspect the product immediately. Should you notice any damage, please inform us at once. We will replace any damaged item as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is possible using PayPal and PayPal Plus as well as Bank Transfer (in advance).

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all of our prices include VAT and delivery costs to the UK mainland. Shown prices are valid for the year stated on our printed pricelist or on our website.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge  prior to shipping. Cancellations of bespoke or made-to-order items are not possible once an order has been placed and paid for.

Right of Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you may return it at your expense for a period of up to 14 days after delivery to

We will refund any payment you have made for the product in question without delay. This does not apply to bespoke items made to order or to special colours.

Classic Garden Elements is a German-based company. Since 2002, we have been represented in the UK by Peter Beales Roses of Attleborough, Norfolk. The staff at Peter Beales Roses will be happy to take your orders and get you any other information you may need. Shipping is carried out by Classic Garden Elements and payment should also be made directly to Classic Garden Elements.
